"Don't Miss Out: The Crucial Role of Early Submission in Canada's Express Entry Program"

If you are looking for an efficient and swift way to immigrate to Canada, then Express Entry could be the best pathway for you. The Canadian government has set an ambitious target of welcoming 3,05,900 candidates through the Express Entry plan for the years 2023-2025. This program was first introduced in 2015 to attract skilled and talented candidates and to fast-track the immigration process for prospective immigrants.

1. Express Entry Draws are unpredictable –

Starting from July 6, 2022, the Canadian government initiated all program draws with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) of 546 points. However, by the end of 2022, the score dropped to 491 points. In light of this, the Canadian government has recently announced the launch of target occupations drawn from spring 2023.

To ensure a timely invitation to apply (ITA), it is advisable to create an Express Entry profile as early as possible. It is worth noting that these draws will be based on the target class, regardless of CRS points. Thus, an Express Entry profile is a crucial component to avoid missing out on any opportunity to receive an invitation.

2. Chance to receive PNP nomination –

The Provincial Nomination Program is a popular option for skilled candidates seeking to immigrate to Canada. Many provinces participate in this program and invite candidates through the Express Entry pool. Express Entry streams are available in provinces such as Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, where they directly send interest letters to candidates in the pool.

Receiving an invitation from any of the provinces can significantly boost a candidate's CRS score by adding 600 additional points, increasing their chances of receiving an Invitation to Apply sooner. Therefore, it is advisable to create an Express Entry profile as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of receiving an invitation.

It's worth noting that some provinces require candidates to provide their Express Entry application details before creating applications on their portals. This means that aspirants who have not yet entered the Express Entry pool may not be eligible to apply for certain provinces. It is crucial to ensure that all application requirements are met to avoid missing out on potential opportunities.

3. Tie – Breaker Rule

The Canadian Government employs a TIE-Breaker rule when extending invitations to potential candidates for immigration. This rule necessitates that only those who have submitted their applications before a predetermined date and time are considered for an invitation in a specific round of invitations. It is highly recommended that applicants submit their applications as soon as possible to ensure eligibility. In some cases, the IRCC may select candidates based on the order in which they applied.

4. Get more time to arrange required documents –

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) have a strict timeline for submitting all necessary documents after receiving an invitation letter. In fact, you only have 60 days to do so. The two most important documents that must be included in your Express Entry Application are the Educational Credential Assessment report and the IELTS scorecard.

It is important to note that if you fail to provide all the required documents within the given timeframe, your application may be returned. This would mean that you would have to start the entire process from scratch, including creating a new express entry profile.

To avoid any potential delays or complications, it is highly recommended that you make all necessary preparations and gather all required documents beforehand. This way, you can be confident that you are fully prepared to submit a complete and accurate application within the allotted time frame.

If you're feeling unsure about how, to begin with the Express Entry program, don't worry. Submitting your profile can be a complex process, which is why it's recommended that you work with a consultant to avoid any mistakes or delays.

It's important to keep in mind that there are new guidelines in place that allow the government to return incomplete applications during the pre-screening process. To ensure that your application is successful, it's good to enlist the help of an experienced consultant who can keep you up-to-date with the latest updates and changes to the program. With their guidance, you can rest assured that you're on the right track to achieving your goals.
