New Invitations to Express Entry Candidates For Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities Stream has captured the attention of Canada immigration candidates with five invitation rounds since the start of 2018.
The Ontario immigration office has released details of its latest round of invitations under the province’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream. 380 new invitations have been issued by Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities Stream to apply for provincial nomination to immigration candidates in the federal Express Entry pool.
The announcement of new Notifications of Interests(NOIs) is made for the second time which were issued through the Human Capital Priorities Stream, which allows Ontario to search the federal Express Entry pool for eligible immigration candidates.

Candidates can apply for a provincial nomination by Ontario only if they have received an NOI. In case of success, extra 600 points will be added towards their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, putting an invitation to apply for Canadian permanent residence well within reach.
- NOIs issued in the latest round went to candidates having CRS scores between 433 and 444 and also who submitted their profiles to the Express Entry pool between the period of January 1 and January 25, 2018.
- In the latest round the minimum CRS score was 433, which was 7 points lower than the minimum CRS score in the NOI round that took place on January 23, in which 340 invitations were issued.
- A minimum CRS score of at least 400 points every Express Entry candidate must have, apart from other eligibility criteria, in order to be eligible for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
- The latest Express Entry round of invitations that took place a January 24 in which 2,750 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 444 were issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
